Here are some photos from last Wednesday’s ‘Raid’. Mina, Renée, Monique and Eric were deep in concentration, painting their plates.
Again, we enjoyed our lunch out on the deck. What could be nicer?
I wasn’t about to start anything new before I leave on Tuesday but was happy to help Renée make a large dish/platter from a found lamp shade.
I’ve included some photos taken this evening which show that the new plate form has dried successfully, ready to be painted on the next raid later in August.
Mina is interested in modelling with clay so I gave her a lump to take home, with the briefest of explanations on working with it. Let’s see what she brings next time. I’ll soon have these artists working in clay all the time!
