This is my last chance to take a look at my new bird friends before I wrap them and nestle them into a padded box for their long flight to England. Some of these are brand new designs so I’m glad to have a photographic record. That way I don’t have to re-think which colours go where to give my best interpretation of a particular avian fellow.
Most of these will fly away but if you would like a similar jugbird for a gift do let me know quite soon. Enjoy this little album .. there have been lots of other jugbirds over the years since they became my signature pot, but most of these are intended for English bird enthusiasts.
Hi Gillian,
Just love the jugs so much! Was wondering what ordering would involve? I’d very much like one for our house and one for my parents as a present. They are here this weekend and I’ll show them your blog… wondering if choosing a bird/colours is ok? Also… do you ship? Considering also one for my sister but she lives in Denver, and not sure if you ship to the states? And what is the cost?
Mikal loves the parrot and the blackbird, was disappointed that there’s no penguin, and we started talking about other birds and came up with peacock (we live in Naramata and have them in the village), or a heron (his moms favourite lol!)
Happy thanksgiving!
Meghan
That’s wonderful Meghan. So happy you like my jugbirds. Just send me an email at gillianmcmillanpotter@gmail.com and we can discuss which bird and the price.
Love them all!!!!!! They are so spectacular!
Thank you Elaine. Glad you enjoy them. They make me smile.
